Guys in American military - they use similar,but more refined version that shown here , it been use in Afganistan and standard medical equpments , not only for the military ,but in rescues in natural or man-made disasters .It is also triage tents that take less then 20 minutes to put for heavy wounded . I got it.... ,that equpment is an issue -and for that would be necessary to find those who sell to the black market ,they are not only a thieves,they traitors (predateli /sabateurs ) ,its appalling to see Russian military to be striped to the freaking necessities ...
