Great review. Previous videos on the oc sailing tender, it had 2 rudders, has it changed or is it an option, 1 central rudder or 2 side mounted rudders. I am asking because with 2 side mounted rudders, wouldn't you still be able to carry a small 2.5hp to 6hp outboard (petrol or electric) Last question, is your tender fiber glass or carbon fiber?

OC only makes the central rudder option now. And yes, I should have mentioned in the video, because of this it is quite a "commitment" to put up the sails as there's no easy motor backup. I suppose you could have a lightweight outboard on the deck, but it would require swapping out the rudder and tiller to use it. My tender is fiberglass but there is an option for all carbon. We got an OC tender as well, but that is cool! where did you pick up your outboard?

Kids can really not see the point at times. Tell them that if they don't want to sail pocket money for the gas. You can teach them to sail in the dingy, let them take control gives them a little confidence.
