Zachorockz Yes he had diabetes, and that sucks very bad; I know what it is like for people to have diabetes (both sides of my family are prone to it), but still he shouldn't be ranked high on the list from a performance stand point. I would put him somewhere in the 50s range. He is undoubtedly good, but this year he was not. Just because he has diabetes does not excuse the fact that he was not deserving of his ranking this year. Sorry if that sounds cold; I'm not trying to be cold. Its just my opinion on the matter. I hope he is able to handle his diabetes very well though, and I'm sending good vibes is way!

So many people in the comments calling him overrated, but doesn`t winning matter anymore? Pat Pete is the best player (no disrespect to Calais and Fitz) on a team that made the playoffs in one of the toughest divisons in the NFL while having one of the worst offenses in the league. I admit that he had a horrible game against Julio and that he gave up too many TDs but some of that is caused by the scheme of the Cardinals. They had the blitz-heaviest scheme in the entire NFL which left him one on one without saftey help for most of the time. That beeing said, I`m glad the players acknowledged his game and voted him that high.
