- 2 larger potatoes,
- 2 - 3 peppers,
- 1 eggplant,
- 1 zucchini,
- 200 g green beans,
- 100 - 150 g okra,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 kg of tomatoes,
- 100 g round grain rice,
- butter
- and spices - salt and red pepper.
You can add dry spice and pepper if desired
and of course more vegetables like peas and the like.
