No.13 it is Shanisingnapur Village in the State of Maharashtra, India. There houses, including a Bank also doesn't have any doors. I never encountered a single family hiring private detective anywhere in India...though I have travelled or visited most of it... however, families enquire from their relatives,neighbours or person known to families about such things...one other thing...Delhi is lot cleaner and pollution free now...the change has happened mostly with the extension of greenery, use of CNG as fuel and cleanliness drive... anyway, you are always welcome to India...we may have problems but at least we try to address them instead of pushing them under the rug......
