Agree! Honestly, I’ve been looking for decent reviews on harps and lyres forever but yours are actually the ones that have helped me the most. I think this is the best sounding affordable lyre I’ve heard with metal strings. Lovely! I have the Lynda Lyre from Musicmakers. Mine has nylon strings, and I love it, but it is quite pricey. Thanks for your reviews, Molly!

Your lyre collection is growing almost as fast as your harp collection. There's something about a lyre that's just awesome. They just have a vibe to them. The green finish is nice. It seems like really good value at that price.

Hi there, do you think playing lyre is like playing the harp ? For example, right hand melody and left hand accompany, or is it quite difficult ( both of your hands work together like the kalimba ? Thank uou

You can definitely play it either way! Whichever comes easier to you will work, but sometimes your hands can get in each other's way if you use them more "together" like a kalimba 😊

Tuning can be such a challenge! A big help will be to download the app Pano Tuner - it's free and can tell you how far off the note you are. I will definitely be doing a tuning video in the future 😊
