The home was meticulously designed and constructed with a focus on durability, featuring solid concrete foundations, full brick construction, and concrete floors, ensuring longevity for generations to come.
Upon entry, guests are greeted by a grand 6.5m double-ceiling foyer leading to an array of impressive living spaces. A majestic grand entrance hallway showcases solid herringbone spotted gum flooring, guiding visitors to the heart of the home where a bespoke kitchen with a full butler’s pantry, a 200-bottle wine cellar, large dining area, and an oversized living area adjoining a courtyard.
Outside, an expansive entertaining terrace includes an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, and a covered alfresco zone overlooking a luxurious pool and spa, creating an ideal setting for leisure and social gatherings. This residence epitomizes luxury living, offering unparalleled comfort and refinement in one of St Ives' most coveted locations.
As designers of this project, we carefully assessed the site to maximise its potential and complement its natural surroundings. We take pride in creating a classic, timeless, elegant home that complements the site's distinctive features, embodying the essence of a welcoming family retreat.
