Gorgeous.... The Acrylic Pouring after you wiped the paint reminded me of "Ikat Patterns" and The Deep Blues reminded me if the Ocean Colors. You could do so many line drawing of Marine Life with Gold Leaf! Ian try this idea. I have a few gifts I could make doing this. Especially a house Warming Gift Very Creative! Th Ankh You

When I was a kid I was good at all my academic classes, reading, English, writing, geography, spelling, science, math etc. Whatever it was, I seemed to thrive at it. Except art. I was very much a perfectionist as a kid and I got an A in art for my effort but I didn't realize until I got older that just because I couldn't draw people and animals didn't mean I couldn't be good at art. I didn't realize how broad art is in general and all the possibilities there are to create things. I have been very sick for quite awhile and doctors haven't been able to figure anything out and recently I got much sicker. Then, a glimmer of hope came unexpectedly. I was prescribed an antibiotic for something else and started feeling better. Come to find out I have been battling some type of infection for a very long time. I might be wrong but I feel like this discovery might mean that there's a chance I can get better in general or at least find some type of treatment or solution and do things again. I also suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD and have struggled with doctors and medicines that don't help or work so in the midst of it all, I really fell apart. I no longer paint my nails or put on makeup. I don't write poetry or so anything creative because I have issues where I forget what I am doing while doing it, get overwhelmed or confused and just end up exhausted. In otherwords, all the color has drained out of my life and I felt like I wasn't strong enough to stop this from happening. I started watching your videos awhile back and I have learned a lot from you. Not just about art though. In my first video I watched of yours, something really stuck with me. You wanted to show where you had gained inspiration from and explained a walk you went on with your kid where you had seen this crack in the sidewalk and I just thought to myself "if this woman can find beauty and inspiration from a sidewalk imperfection and use that to create something amazing and beautiful, what I am doing thinking I can't make art because it needs to be perfect? What have I allowed to happen to let all the color disappear from my world??" I realized I needed to look at something's a little differently than the way I was viewing them at that time. Maybe your art isn't meant to have deeper meanings, I don't know, but I find deeper meaning in it and in your videos in general. I think I surprised my boyfriend too because I watch a lot of DIY videos and say I want to try a lot of things but he never actually sees me purchase materials or end up following through with anything but a lot of it is because I am so weak and exhausted all the time I developed the mindset I was incapable of being able to do things and that may be true for some things but not for everything and I put a limit on myself that was unnecessary and made my situation worse and didn't even realize it. My attitude definitely needed work and maybe it still does but I am getting better at it. Anyhoo, I keep talking about your videos to my boyfriend and finally he spoke up and said he knew exactly what channel I was talking about, I had NO IDEA he watches you too! I told him about cells and heat guns and silicone and all about how I want to try to make an acrylic pour creation too. Sometimes I don't do well with hearing things explained in videos and I am even worse with trying to do something by reading instructions, I have to actually do the task and learn as I go but you always explain things very well and you have such a calming voice that I really think your videos truly distract me from all the bad and overwhelming stuff in my world just enough that I can think a little bit more clearly and the result is that I absorbed the information much more effectively. I went to a dollar store yesterday and got a blank canvas. I don't think I have ever been so excited to buy art supplies lol. When I finally do make this painting, it will be the first art I have ever made on a canvas and I decided if I screw it up I will still go with it and try to turn it into something amazing anyway. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway, right? I still have to get my medium, some silicone and some plastic cups but I think I have everything else? Canvas, acrylic paints, something to put under my canvas for excess paint to drip on, and a heat torch. Did I miss anything??? I am really broke since I haven't been working and have been sick so it may not be this week I can do this project but I am searching as much as I can on Bing so I can accumulate points because I can get $5 Amazon gift cards for ever 5250 points I get that way which will help me get more supplies but I am also going to ask my boyfriend today if maybe he will fund the rest of the items because I am excited to try this. It's the first time I have had any motivation in over a decade to want to do anything creative in a very long time. I just started another round of antibiotics and what has been happening in the past is it seems like I will start feeling better until I finish them and then I get sick again so I would like to make this before I am out of medicine again just in case I start feeling badly and then I have something to look at when I am really sick and know that I did manage to accomplish something. Being 37 and having no kids because I have had so many mental health and physical health struggles, having no job or strength to even do my hair or nails and no hobbies anymore ends up making me feel like a complete waste of space. Even though we have never met and you didn't know you were doing it, you have made me feel like I might actually be able to do something productive and fun and accomplish it. You make me feel like there is a real possibility I could do this even though I have always considered myself to be not very good at visual art. I know you are an expert that has been doing art for a very long time so I know I might not make a masterpiece the first try but I also know it doesn't need to be perfect because part of the beauty of this art is you don't really know how it's going to look until you make it!! I love watching what the heat gun reveals and I look forward to trying that part myself, I feel like it might be the most satisfying part of creating this. You also have some acrylic pens you use in many videos and I think I would like to get some of those. I never thought I would be trying to take up an art hobby though I did do some abstract art in my younger days but I had no confidence and one day when I was younger, I destroyed all my art, poetry and short stories because I was upset. I regret that so much and wish I wish I still had all of it. My older self thinks some of the stuff my younger self did actually wasn't bad but I had fallen ill by the time of this regret and couldn't recreate any of these things perfectly from memory so unfortunately it all became a memory in general. Maybe this will turn into a real love and a real opportunity for me to make lots of new things, I hope so. I also gotta remember to take baby steps even when I am feeling okay because I don't want to go too fast and have it all comes crashing down on me because I tried to do too much too soon but I think I can commit to one canvas and one painting so that is my goal right now is to make an acrylic pour painting. You might make art and art videos but I don't know if you realize you do so much more than that, you do for me anyway. I am grateful I found your channel because I honestly felt useless beyond repair and now I have a project I am planning, a goal and thoughts about the future. Thank you for all the time, effort and hard work you put into maming not only the artwork but also these videos. I have probably over 2000 channels I subscribe to but only a handful of those channels have creators that succeed in making a real impact on their viewers, a positive impact, and you are definitely one of them. You teach, you inspire, and you speak with such a kind and calming voice that makes it easy to listen and learn from you. You constantly impress me too. I haven't even watched this video yet because I have been talking so much lol but just seeing the video thumbnail, I'm already impressed!! Btw, I also have attention span issues (if you didn't figure it out from the way I talk lol) but I never have a problem with your videos. I can always watch one of your videos from beginning to end with no issues or without zoning out because you keep me engaged the entire time. You really do an excellent job here and I can't speak for everyone else but I appreciate you and everything you do to make your art and this channel possible. Do you have a website or blog or anything aside from your KZbin channel? I would love to check it out if you do and also if you have an online gallery where you showcase all the art you have done, I would love to check that out too!! Thanks again!! Update: I just finished watching this and I already know what I wanna do for my second project 😂 This is magnificent!!! The foil looks so satisfying to work with too!! Another beautiful creation!!
