i know this comment is a year old and you probably don’t care anymore but to me it sounds like he’s running a reverb as his base, a chorus for tone, and an octave for the duel harmony effect. he might be using a blues octave or just a normal octave pedal. i know for a fact he clicks on a reverb (sounds like one with a church setting) when he sings “and i’m drunk.” probably clicks the octave when he’s singing the chorus to make it sound double tracked
