Taeyong is as close to a real, old school rapper coupled with the new "Soundcloud" boys modern rap as any rapper in k-pop, a true GOAT. Impressive performer, all eyez on him. He did all of the production for this performance, wrote the music, did the choreography and makes it look so easy (it is not).

I’m still recovering from his performance that night. Unbelievable. Edit: Thank you for a fantastic video. This was my favorite solo performance, which says a lot, since they were all terrific and Taeyong isn’t even my bias. When the Super M lineup was first announced, I remember thinking that if I know TY (and I don’t, lol), he’ll find a way to stand out. Man, did he ever!

But SCARY is the word used by a lot of non/new fans who say that Lee Taeyong of NCT is FIERCE and RUDE(sexy) and intimidating (also a breathtakingly beautiful ) . That is his "scary" IMAGE in NCT. For reasons I could speculate on, there WAS an intentional effort made to REbrand Taeyong in SuperM and he was the only member required to do it but it worked. The word across the board from Taeyong's new/non fans who first see him in SuperM (particularly since his "babywolf" haircut) is "He'sSOcute!!!!" Taeyong has become like the cuddly & loveable SuperM mascot (pet) That's a pretty MAJOR change from his elegant fashionista image in NCT.
