I know almost nothing about playing drums, so please forgive me if this is a silly question. In the intro, the kick drum alternates between eighths and sixteenths, but also the eighths alternate from a double kick to a single kick. So it's double kick eighths, sixteenths, single kick eighths, sixteenths, repeat. Am I seeing that right, or missing something? And if I am seeing it right, what would be the reason for switching to the single foot? It doesn't appear you play eighths that way at any other point in the song.

@jdprovorse I got you, but there really isn't a reason why I used one technique or the other, only did it because I can. The song is relatively slow so its fun to use different techniques at this tempo
