Its nice to see I'm not the only American soldier that uses this gun. I have level 12 LMG ribbon it was my second gun I ever bought after the garand, even though I wasn't aiming for it. It goes to show that alot of people don't understand how FRICKEN awesome it is. It is basically a ww2 assault rifle. therottenthing101 svt 40 is pretty decent. of all the SA rifles in game i have the most kills with it. ppd41 is awesome with it's 70 round magazine. svt go with either go rate of fire and damage or go percision and damage. ppd 41 damage is it's weak point so go damage. then decide if you want rate of fire or not. with such a big mag you can get away with spray and pray with it.

Of course, dmg is a good thing but you won't get the ppd to do kill in 3 shots, no matter how you mod the dmg will always be under 33,3. Rof is the way to go with entry-level SMG's. But of course the upgraded ammo is a good thing;)

Yes , any character that has multiple guns of the same class can transfer all mods back and forth to them. I pulled the mods off my 1919 and put them on the johnson. just gotta level up the ribbon

I have got the sight, trigger, heavy bolt and chrome lined barrel. i dont use the ammunition because that costs alot. And when i see enemies far away ill just go prone and spray them. Its easy.

Hey Kotton! I have a littel question. I often use the American bolt-action rifle M1903. And I was checking out the mods. So if I put the Field Trigger Job or the Marksman Trigger Job on it it will increase my rate of fire but it decreases my stability. I was wondering does the decreased stability effect the weapon because its a bolt action? Please anwser to the comment! TY

TrSamu i probably wouldn't even bother with the trigger on a bolt action. not really worth the cost. stability effects your hip fire a bit, percision is far more important for a BA. but since kotton has way more time with BA's then me i'd listen to him if he replies.

TrSamu Its just there as an option really. I dont use Trigger on my Bolt rifles, I would recommend leaving trigger off and saving the money. I only use the Damage ammo, internal and Barrel on my rifles.

Before the Soviet faction was introduced the PPSh-41 and DP28 (as well as the Soviet grenades and mines) could be bought as captured weapons. They couldn't be modded though. This option was removed with the Timoshenko update, but any German or American soldier who owned these guns got to keep them.

1918 Bar is same like using Fg42... It the best... Bar dont need tight grip badge.. Because it easy to use... I always headashot enemy with it... It damn same like Fg42 i can use it to snipe or assault... The enemy... For bar i prefer no upgrade at all... Than Fg42 i have to upgrade almost everything... Haha Fg42 cost me a lot.. Lucky im a high rank player...

+AN ZE lol one of your ammo pouches is turned off. Click the guns portait and on the left side of screen, hit the + and give it ammo

ah Yeah :D when full cant put more ammo on. I like doing Dual main weapons myself. My main Soviet infantry uses a Scoped Mosin with a PPSH. Take an ammo pouch off ppsh to make it weigh less and use Hoarder badge to get the ammo back.
