Thank you for posting this T_T I bought a few right before COVID hit and they're already starting to dry out .. tried this and it worked like a charm! I was skeptical about using so much liquid but you really do need to use a lot!

I ordered one after they opened up and started shipping and they must’ve sent me an old one because it was halfway dried, four days after I tried to use it on a makeup look and was a mess, wasn’t sticking to my eye and it was flaking, so I’m happy I found videos on how to fix it

Thanks for showing us! Mine dried out and I wasn't sure what to do with it. Now I do! Colourpop says to keep that lid part to prevent it from drying out, but that doesn't actually work.

I just got my first colourpop order (im in the UK), and i bought 1 jelly shadow, its dry and its brand new? 🙁

I think the same thing happened to me. I had never bought a jelly shadow before, so I didn't know what the consistency was supposed to be, so I didn't contact the company. But looking at videos of people reviving their shadows, I think mine showed up already kinda dried out. :( Going to try this micellar water trick though.

I wonder, if you added the micellar water without stirring it up, recapped it and let is sit, would it hydrate back to more like the original? I have an entire list of the Jelly Much colors I want but I don't want to waste my money if it dries out as fast as the Villains collection did etc. Thank you for the video!

@@Heather_A1 The consistency is smooth now that the water has settled in the product. I have my eye on a couple more that I will purchase. There's no other compay that makes the shades with Colourpop's price!
