check your date, L-1's were arch-tops in 1920. your guitar was made at least 6 years after that. Loar originally designed the L series w/violins in mind. cheers

Jack, Glad you played that slow fingerpicking blues. I could tell you play well when you play fast stuff. Now I also appreciate your slow stuff, and country singing. You and Lemmo and Coby and a drummer , at your level, would make a great band. 1920 they still were making archtops. Not flattops. This guitar must be a little later. Actually more desirable with the flat top
