No not at all, it will be back out next week on a long weekender dig, the manticore was just another addition and I’m just getting used to it first, then I can produce content using 3 machines (at different times) 😊

Which do you prefer manticore or Deus 2 ?

To be fair the D2 is a great workhorse, but the Manticore seems to punch deeper, albeit it’s knackering on digs, 😂 I like both machines, the 2D screen helps BUT is not 100% the battery life is also not the best, but I expect that will improve over time with changing various settings, I will be using 3 different machines in to the future now with The Legend, D2 & Manticore, yesterday I was out with the Legend on the beach, video should be up by the weekend, and it performed great especially as I was asked if I could find a ring by a nice young lady as her husband had just lost it, I waited for the sandbank to show and set to work, within about 50 mins it was back on his hand. 😃 which goes to also show the best detector is the one in your hands at the time 😃
