Some slight corrections to Blackhawk's captions: The Philadelphia passenger engine terminal was at NINTH & Green and so named, not "Tenth." And the five G-1sb 4-6-2s had 74 inch drivers, not 75" ... a little less speed than the thirty original 80"-drivered G-1sa subclass, but more tractive effort for hillier routes. As for "steam's waning years," in the intro: as I see it (just my opinion, of course), steam's PEAK years were the 1930s and neighboring decades. Its waning years were the post-WW2 dieselization period. However, these great films were shot just before the RDG electrified its Philly commuter lines, while Pennsy's electrification was under way, so I guess it was steam's waning period around there.

@@seanscally2099 Thanks! Glad you liked my zinger. I improvised that one when I saw the film at an NRHS meeting years ago, and it did produce a healthy chuckle in the crowd. Nice to see it's still gettin' a laugh. BTW, I LOVED the film and always wanted to see it again. Thanks so much for posting!
