@@Theflowvlogs you should know that Bihar is one of the poorest state of india . Still it's capital : patna is became 5 th developing state of india. Uttarpardesh GDP is absolutely more than Bihar. So, definitely, you can see more urbanization in lucknow. Because UP is the largest state of india,( Total 80 district in Up. ) So, don't compare between Lucknow or Patna. But still I can give some points where patna is better than lucknow. (1.) Patna is cheaper than Lucknow. (2.) You will find cheaper and better education ( the teachers in coaching classes in Patna are really good) (3.) The people in Patna will look at you with respect if you are educated and well behaved ( lucknowites are sometimes rude ).
