1937 Martin D -28 Martin Herringbone Shaded Top

One of the best sounding guitars I've ever played. The owner ,Gary Burnette, let me borrow this guitar to record our upcoming Album. Gary gives us some background on the guitar and how he came into possession of it.

Beautiful guitar in all ways, especially in the hands of a master at his profession! The notes are so soft and round in this demo, but I'm sure it can be beast if needed... Kenny knows how to pull the tone out of an instrument for sure and has taught me a lot about how to do that.

Wouldn't call Kenny Smith mediocre and also I think it's the other way around...a holy grail guitar in the hands of someone who doesn't know how to use it is tragic.
