I agree entirely. Radio City was simply the best in it's heyday. It was unique and served a large demographic of keen listeners from North Wales over to Greater Manchester and of course it's target area of Merseyside at it's epicentre. Also from Mid Lancashire to South Cheshire. An amazing and vast area. What a success story!

when radio was radio unlike it is now to much networked junk keep it local and unique even the jingles where of a much better production than todays

Sadly Brian passed away in 2017. One of his colleagues at City has kindly restored the website just as Brian would have wanted it. RIP Brian Jones - 194 Radio City Liverpool
