never clean your coins it loses the value of the coin

That’s not necessarily true, in some cases it’s better to clean them. Just clean them gently. Use white distilled vinegar to soak them for minutes. Scrub with a soft brush in circular motions. About every five minutes. Than polish them or out protective coatings on them. How ever I only recommend this for coins that need saved. Say a wheat penny is oxidized, or the coin is pretty far gone. If it’s far gone, it drives the worth down for most collectors anyway so cleaning honestly is not a bad idea. A lot of collectors prefer cleaner coins as long as they’re legit coins. People might say don’t clean your coins, but i personal have never seen a real coin lose value over being clean. Especially at auctions where a lot of the time they get cleaned anyway

Lucinda Miles some are full bands and others are split bands. You need the full bands. The bands are on the back of the coin
