Nice work. Hard one to service. You did go full in on the tunung capacitor wich came out as if it were brand new. Job well done. Thanks for the video.

That radio 📻 was promotion 👌 from Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, sometime back in the 1940's. You've got the table model, but these radios 📻 also came in a floor model, too. Both were vacuum tube type models, but there were many styles of these radios to choose from.😂. Shango066 had done a video 📹 on a Firestone Airchief radio from 1947. It was a floor model. A few new capacitors should get ya going on this. Ya should also check the dial light and dial cord. In other words, it's best 👌 to do a tune up on this radio before it's put back together. I think the floor model Firestone Airchief had a dial cord restringing diagram inside the back of it. The same should go for the tabletop model, if I'm not mistaken. Your friend, Jeff.
