Achieved today on the 11th attempt. Wasn't too hard but took a few tries to get the right timing on cooldowns. I find this cert appropriately tuned. Thanks for the upload.

Why are your Special Weapons reloading that fast? Are u using any special clothes or so? I am trying to do this for weeks and my special weapons are reloading much slower.

In this you relly have to use advanced tech you active them by going into a mission mark the skills coldown reducen then tap back to the aircraft and start the certfication runes.
