1947 ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਉਜਾੜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਦਾਸਤਾਨ ਦਰਦ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਵਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਆਖਰ ਜੀਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇੰਝ ਜਿਊਣ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਕੁਝ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਖੂਨ ਖ਼ਰਾਬੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਭ ਨੇ ਆਪੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ-ਬਾਰ ਤੇ ਜੀਆ ਜੰਤ ਗਵਾਏ।
ਇਸੇ ਸਿਲਸਿਲੇ ਦੀ ਇਹ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਰਾਜਪੁਰੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੈ। ਰਾਜਪੁਰੇ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੋ ਰਫਿਊਜੀ ਕੈਂਪ ਬਣਿਆ। ਬਹਾਵਲਪੁਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਨਾਲ ਤੋਰਿਆ। ਬੀਬੀ ਅਮਤੋ ਸਲਾਮ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁੜੀ ਤੇ ਪੈਪਸੂ ਸਟੇਟ ਨੇ ਬੇਪਨਾਹ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ।

My father, Islam-ud-Din was 16 or 17 years old in 1947.He did his 5th class in Primary School in 1943 and 9th Class in Govt.High school in 1947. Can somebody help me to trace these schools and this town please ..Baghan Wala ( Morinda ). Is/Was Morinda and Baghan Wala the same town? My Grandfather and father migrated to Dera Nawab Sahib ( Bahawal Pur ), Pakistan, as an agreement was signed between Patiala State and Bahawal Pur State to exchange Muslim and Sikh/Hindu soldiers.That's why we settled in Ahmad Pur East/Dera Nawab Sahib,Bahawal Pur region.
