a quick tour around the outside of my 1949 Buick Roadmaster

That Buick was delightfully designed. Backup light were not standard equipment in that day. This Roadmaster was well blessed with that feature and many others as well. That color green makes it one handsome car. Take good care of Old Greenie!

My dad rebuilt a 49 road master convertible, black , red leather interior. Most magnificent car I have ever ridden in. That was 1953

It's interesting that a very, very close version of those 1949 Buick taillights appeared on the first Chevrolet Corvette in 1953.

Wow...This is a duplicate of the 1949 Buick Roadmaster which was my first car. That Roadmaster road as well as any luxury car on the road today - this is the truth. You were living like a king if you could afford a car like this in 1949!

Beautiful car. Sad part is I used one of those to restore a 49 road master rivera easy modle with spearsweep trim
