It's A Customized Truck, The Stock '49 Ford Pickup Doesn't Have This Sport Tires Option If I Remember Well.

@@HanyouAn0rexus96 Michelin in Europe developed and produced the first radial tire in the mid-late 40's and used it on the Citroen car. It wasn't introduced to the US until the 1970 Continental Mark III. So, no, Ford did not have the Sport Tires on trucks in the 50's.
