Just for clarification, the illegal move in and of itself is not game ending; instead, if a LEGAL move can be made with that piece then the opponent has the right to request that you take back the illegal move and make a legal move with it. If no legal move exists for that piece then the player that made the illegal move simply takes it back and moves somethhing else and there is no penalty except loss of time. However, in this particular case two consequences would have resulted: either Sagar's time would have run out or his only legal move (interposing the touched bishop on d6) would have resulted in the loss of that bishop and the inevitable loss of the game after that.

you still ddnt understand use of facemask after 2 years of covid situation in india. when you wear mast on whole face & nose you are protecting your self and others. if you use only for mouth and not nose. means it will help to not spread covid if there is any chances. in this case person travelled from usa. but ya definetly not help him if anyone else having covid around him.
