As I check in to 1950's fashion, I'm really enjoying it. I can clearly see the importance of posture, and I've actually noted mine was poor so i adjusted! Walking around in a old shirt and pj bottoms and i do feel beautiful with a upright posture. I am skeptical about that unusual contraption shown at the end, i figure that would jar your back or possibly pull something as it doesnt seem normal for your back to move as it shows. I'll be googling how to improve circulation for myself!

OH! How fashion has changed from 26” to 36” waistline, flattering clothes and shoes to accentuate the female form to grubby trainers, baggy jeans with intentional rips and a T that simply hangs like a sail in a flat calm. But of course we now have body art that 85% of females regret in double quick time and what better than a chunk of metal hidden away to create alarm when the lights are dimmed for mutual relaxation. Oh! How fashion has changed!!!! From pride to sloven. The change, coincidentally has crept like an irate viper into men’s idea of style too. From the suit with creases and polished shoes to those wonderful below the knee shorts, the first pair of shoes to hand but to be trendy, odd socks create the very best of masculine images. With this lack of pride we have the same decline in communication skills. Witness any group in a restaurant, mobile phone in hand sending messages or talking to others, or speaking in loud tongues to ensure their voice is heard, caring not one jot about the topic as there are many or none at all. Style and pride is indeed buried in history and for many it is a blessing as posture is no longer important, a pain in the lower back is so simple an excuse for a day away from the desk or shovel.
