I love to see old machines brought back to productivity. There is quite a big difference between machines such as these and the modern machines with digital gauges, hydraulics, sensors, etc.

Looks like a Northwest 41 sitting next to it? Why did it get smashed? If it has a Murphy in it get all the parts you can off it for your little 25 cause Murphy parts are getting scarce. I have 3 Murphys

The Northwest sitting beside it they bought for parts for one of there other draglines it has a Murphy in it but it is a 6 Cylinder. The Murphy in the 25 ( the one I'm buying) is the 4 Cylinder . They are pretty neat engines although I think I need to Give this one a tune up. It runs but think its got a miss

that's looks good. what did you have to do to get walking as my northwest 25 is a bad walker too but swings nice. well did it's stuck in both right now. I sure if the clutch holds for walking they will swing the old girl for sure. I used a land all trailer with a winch to move mine worked well. thanks for sharing

there is a adjustment in the clutches you have to back off the set screw and then turn the who assembly in to tighten them up. This one was really well oiled and greased so they were easy to adjust.

@@73DiamondReo I still done understand how that clutch works I have to pull pretty hard or push pretty hard to make it move do you know how to fix this?
