Thanks for the flashbacks. In 1975 I took my 55 Caddy from Colorado to Maine and back. It was a classic then; I can't imagine the looks it would get today on the same trip. Wish now I had never sold that car.

What a Beautiful colour combo. They sure as hell don’t make beauties like that anymore all those curves and chrome on top of chrome. That’s when Cadillac was king of road. Great video effects. Cheers 🇨🇦

Miss my loaded 54 Coupe deVille. Could never get the AC fixed. Had everything else working on it including the electronic eye. What a car! I miss the start up sound that old 331 made. Yours looks good with those sabres on there. Never sell her!

I finally got my system working a month ago. R12 is expensive but worth it. Luckily I only had a few fittings that needed to be adjusted. Its impossible to find parts for these old AC systems.

No one driving this car in '55 would listen to this type of music. Most likely Jo Stafford, or Frankie lanie
@marciowagner78083 жыл бұрын
Congratulations! Fantastic car! The turquoise blue & white colors combination is incredibly a 1950's vogue. The gimmick dimmer on the dashboard brings back the Jetsons. The air conditioner air inlets are so primitive now, but perfect in its scenario. Last but not least, it takes a lot of surface to park it!

I’ve been needing a reference for an art project... it amazes me how we used to be able to tell car brands apart by the car’s design by itself and now we need the emblem on it to be able to tell Like.. I can clearly tell apart this Cadillac from a Hudson Hornet, obviously, but if I’m watching two modern cars driven down the road today, I don’t think I’ll be able to tell a Toyota from a Lexus if I didn’t look for the brand on the grill

I have a ‘75 Stutz Blackhawk. Just a suggestion. I keep a really soft cover on it even though I have it stored in my garage. If you did that with this beautiful Caddy it would keep it clean as a whistle while stored as those storage places get really dusty and dirty. Beautiful ride! ⚡️TCB⚡️

I can understand being really careful backing it out of the storage room but dude, can you actually drive or what? Stopping every 2 or 3 inches shows a complete lack of ability of the driver.

@@standupp2885 yeah this is one out of two that I have now (used to have 3). I lightly scratched the paint on my 1957 Cadillac once so it makes me overly cautious.

@@cadillacjack2810 I can understand that, but if it is that tight of a space, maybe you should get a bigger storage facility. I have a small car so I have plenty of room. but I had to completely redo my garage layout to fit it in there and be able to get in and out of it.
