I was born in 1959 too. I can honestly say, I didn't age as well as this beautiful classic.

More nostalgia for me! My first car was a 59 Chevy (all black) ... That car was literally indestructible and I drove it for years. I'm sure it's the car we brought my newborn son home in. Congrats on this beautuful survivor find! Whoever buys won't be disappointed. PS. I'd forgotten that beautiful 283 sound, and the distinctive PowerGlide whine! Awesome!

Usually I'm not a fan of 4 door cars, but this 59 Impala is an exception. What a nice car to take the gang out on a Saturday nite drive to the ice cream parlor. Don't see many cars like this anymore, 2 doors seem get all the love.

What a beautiful piece of art. Such a joy to see a piece of Americana nowadays.

Sweet sedan Jay. This car is a testament of reliability and durability straight outta Detroit ! I was watching a few videos recently that covered cars in Cuba in 2023. We know those machines from the 40's, 50's and 60's have stood the test of time. All politics aside and the obvious good weather is the fact that with little resources to repair them the condition of American Antique automobiles in Cuba boggles the mind. Under the right conditions yet driven daily for the most part I understand, this phenomenon is mind blowing. I think back to a time in my youth when the family car had a little over 60,000 miles on it and the old man turned his head toward my Mom and said ......" time to trade her in Ma. " This beauty here that you've presented is remarkable all the way around and a glimpse of the past when the automotive industry didn't just produce a plain ol' family ride. This Impala is a gentle giant, a King size work of art with a sound and proven Turbo Fire 283c.i. V-8.

My Brothers favorite car, he had his painted silver with a pearl overcoat. Had a 4 speed in it and I drove it once, every time I shifted gears I laid rubber 😂 Oh the good old days 💗

More 4 doors please. They are underappreciated in the car world in general especially with classics.

That car is a true gem. But the trunk didn’t have anything covering the metal part in it. I would have someone put some cloth over it if I could. Or maybe I’ll put it in myself if I bought this car

First car I drove when i was 4 years old. It was my dad's and parked in the driveway. I hoped in and put it in neutral. You know the rest. 😅

The flat top was produced in '59-'60 as stated, and once more in 1961. In '59-'60 it was called the "Vista Roof " and only offered on 4 door hardtops. For '61 it was offered only on 2 and 4 door sedans, and not the hardtop models.
