My mom bought my dad a new 59 Ford Meteor for his birthday, i loved that car. We had it 10 years and my parents traded is in on a 65 Merc Breezeway, i was only 10 but i wished my parents gave me that car!

It's a real beauty! I'd personally either reverse the raised white letters, or throw a set of Port-A-Walls on the tires... The wide white wall look would really set off that paint combination! Cheers

Very nicely done car! The copper bronze exterior color is a bit odd with the green interior. But it works. Did the customs have a shorter trunk and wheelbase than the fairlane 500’s?

The body looks very similar to a 2 door '57 and '58 base model Mercury Monterey like the one used in the 1950's tv show Highway Patrol.

Any '59 owners who need a new master cylinder be advised your correct part number is Raybestos MC23222, NOT MC18000. I know from personal experience.
