And the thing is, immortal hulk references events written in the 60s-70s, the writer was even asked regarding the limits of the green door, and he brings up the fact that during the 60s leader was disintegrated and that the implication of the green door was responsible for him return back to life, so a lot of these older events has a lot of solid relevance to the 616 universe

This research is why I disliked the Broly vs Hulk DEATH BATTLE. It's like a lump of coal to an already crazy year. I knew of this Marvel Hulk and I have personally had some of these 1960's issues at one time in early 2020. As for ScrewAttack... They wanted this 1v1 to be like Goku vs Superman. Which wouldn't work out for Dragon Ball in any Anime canon. Speaking of that fight. They even limited Superman to one era. One of his weakest ones which I honestly thought would lose fair and square and they even gave Goku everything! The result was he still lost fair and square. As a DC fan I know of the Thor and Hulk crossovers vs Superman which were fair to all three of them. All three... Thor, Superman, and Hulk aren't losing to Dragon Balls Broly, Goku, or Vegeta in a fair 1v1.
