It was a custom made double headed coin at one time and the insert came out

I have a penny, don't know the date unless I go dig it out, but the obverse is stamped about 30 degrees off of the reverse.

I had one like that, It had another that fit inside of the disc. Not sure whatever happened to it. Yeah, it was probably in the early to mid 60's. Bored machinist??
