removing front Pannal on George the Morris Minor to change Gaskets on timing chain cover and change engine mounts .

Hi everyone so George is off the road again he will have the gaskets changed to sort oil leaks and replace the radiator and thermostat flush engine and heater. Test temp gauge but people are saying they have high temperature readings with them Gauges. Also will be putting the old engine mounts back on. Thanks for watching 🤓👍

I seem to remember there were rubber mounts on that engine steady bar when I did mine years ago, perhaps the ones on yours need renewing to solve the vibration problem. May be worth a try mate

Seems like the new engine mounts on the market are not so good. I wonder if they very from different suppliers.From what you say other people had a similar problem. Lucky you kept the old ones!!!

I feel your pain my rover s master cylinder shit the bed then me easy bless blow up and shot fluid everywhere good job it hand painted had to rope the wife in to bleed the bloody thing back on the road now cluch and hire ratio diff next must be mad 😀😀😀🔧⚓🤠
