Wonderful upload with lovely narration by you. 1962 is significant in many respects for Hindi Cinema: 1.लड़कियों की शिक्षा पर ज़ोर देने वाली फिल्म 'अनपढ़' एक क्रांति थी.. आज ६० सालों के बाद भी इसकी प्रासंगिकता "बेटी पढ़ाओ बेटी बचाओ" में गूँजती है.. 2.उभरते हुए अभिनेताओं में धर्मेंद्र, विश्वजीत और मनोज कुमार ने प्रभावित किया और कालांतर में बड़े स्टार्स बने. मनोज कुमार ने तो अपनी बहुमुखी प्रतिभा से फिल्म जगत में अलग ही जगह बनाई. 3.कर्णप्रिय संगीत की परंपरा और मजबूत बनी..SJ, Shailendra, Hasrat, Rafi-Lata-Mukesh ruled. 4. I can't think of any actor other than Shammi Kapoor excelling in the role of Professor. He did deserve an award. 5.The picturesque Darjeeling gave us two lovely films in 1962: 'Hariyali Aur Rasta' n 'Professor'. 5. Glad that you mentioned the iconic 'Sahab, Biwi Ghulam' despite its not being a success. Thanks for the beautiful upload!

The year was not favorable to Dev Anand, Dilip Kumar and Raj Kapoor. However, Dev Anand pleased his fans with Asli Naqli. Shashi Kapoor, Dharmendra and Manoj Kumar emerged as new trinity in 1960.The year 1962 favored Dharmendra and Manoj Kumar. All top ten films were musical hits. Really, the year belonged to Shankar Jaikishan. Sammi Kapoor 's selection of Films was excellent. सन 1962 में भारतीय रजतपट की बेहद खूबसूरत अभिनेत्री मधुबाला के पिता अताउल्लाह खां ने एक फिल्म बनाई थी,फिल्म के नायक प्रेमनाथ के साथ उस समय में संघर्ष रत नवोदिता मुमताज को नायिका की भूमिका दी गई ,ये फिल्म तो चल नही पाई पर इस फिल्म के साथ एक अनोखा कीर्तिमान स्थापित हो गया वो ये कि पठान के गीत संगीत को संवारने में पांच गीतकारों और दो चार पांच नहीं पूरे नौ 9 संगीतकारों ने अपना योगदान प्रदान किया इन पांच गीतकारों और नौ संगीतकारों के नाम इस प्रकार हैं। गीतकार 01 खावर जमां 02ऐश कंवल 03 बी के.पुरी 04 नज़ीम जयपुरी 05 अंजुम जयपुरी संगीतकार --------- 01फकीर मोहम्मद 02 जिम्मी 03 असर 04 शंभू 05 दत्त राज 06 राजभूषण 07 डेविड 08 बृजभूषण 09 श्याम ये एक अपने ढंग का अनोखा कीर्तिमान है फिल्म तो फ्लॉप थी मगर इस रिकार्ड के कारण आज भी चर्चित है । 🙏🙏🙏धन्यवाद

The song "Main Pyaar Ka Rahi Hoon" could not be shot because long after it's recording it was realized that Asha Bhosle sang the wrong lines in the antara. Those days there was no digital recording and every song had to be recorded in one take. Hence, it was too much trouble to re-record the song..alas
