Good work buddy … nothing better than the satisfaction of restoring an OEM part. Sometimes I use a heat gun a or a hair dryer in the back of the the board to get eliminated some of the board warping. Sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t, but is worth trying as long as I am saving that OEM part.

Good video. I flattened my Masonite boards by soaking them a little with water and clamping between two pieces of wood. Then let them sit for a few days in a warm place to dry out. I repeated this two or three times.

i haven't tried a magic eraser on door cards, yet... i like using a soft nail brush or tooth brush (depending on the size or the item) to lift the grot out of fine details, in this case the pores of the vinyl pattern.

Wesley's bleach white might work on the piping. Magic eraser does wonders on the panels.

Awesome video. Any thoughts on how to remove spray paint from a door panel? Previous owner painted the original cards with black spray paint. Would really like to save them.

Lots of spray paint? Might try goof off. Lacquer thinner would work for sure, but not sure how the vinyl would handle it.

You should not be using "warm" water, you should be using the hottest water you can deal with on your hands. It makes a huge difference. If you do this a lot, you should buy a steam cleaning device.

It was slightly warmer than warm LOL, the garage sink will make water too hot to touch. I didn't think about a steamer, I actually have one LOL
