1964 - 1970 Cadillac Master Vacuum Blower Switch Repair

In 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969 and 1970 Cadillac used this vacuum master switch to activate the blower motor. If your blower motor does not come on your Cadillac this is one of the first things you should check, besides the motor and the relay itself. I had a problem with my switch and took it apart. thank you so much this was very helpful I’m having problems with my 65 I just replaced the climate control switch but the blower motor doesn’t turn on it only works when I connect it straight to the battery

Check this switch - make sure power is going to it through the orange cable. If there is no power going to it follow the cable to find the problem

If the blower is engaging but blowing warm air, the problem wojld be elsewhere?

@@jucetgc2738 yes, either the system is low on refrigerant, temperature door not working , vacuum problem or a multitude of other problems
