1964 Dodge D100 Up in the air for an oil change and a look underneath

I finally put the 1964 Dodge D100 Utiline on the lift and changed the oil. Let's see what it looks like from underneath.

That goes to the gas gauge. It should be a light blue wire.

Don’t use Fram filters. Their filter media is flimsier than an old newspaper. Switch to wix.

And if you haven’t done so change the oil in the air filter. It should be the same weight as what you have in the crankcase.

I am going cheap on the first oil change because I am just going to flush out the system. It won't be in there for any more than 1 or 2 hundred miles, if that.

Tripod stands look good, did you make them and if so do you have the specs or a video by chance?

Bought them at Harbor Freight
