1965 was the second year for the GTO option package for the Pontiac Lemans. It wasn't until 66 that the GTO became its own model. Me personally I love the coke bottle shape of the 66 and 67 years but this is definitely a cool ride with all the best features.

I do believe the 64 was a tempest or lemans option code and 65 was only the lemans. 5 line code N.
