When I was going to blow out cylinder before firing up. All the atf and marvel oil that I put in was gone. Nothing blew out. It’s like it seeped into crankcase past rings. 🤔

I use the spray gel bottle of rust resolver (gray bottle) apply it on with a brush and let it sit. Starts immediately reacting on the rust. It is clear and then turns a little dark. I actually don't spray it off like it says. Just leave it on

Good video and thanks for the update. Look forward to seeing what is wrong with the 454. On your newly repaired fender, if you haven't I'd be sure to seal the back side real well as water and debris will try to get to the back seam where you welded and rust it out again. Just my experience. Again thanks.
