This 66 charger has had extensive, high quality customization done to it. What makes it real cool is that you never see one of these done to this high caliber. There's a lot of tricks up it's sleeves like a functional cowl induction feeds the modern Hemi motor. Those window cranks actually have micro switches for power windows. You want to get in the trunk, that's power too.
EXTERIOR: Incredible fit and finish. It is laser beam straight from every angle, on every panel. It has a deep black cherry with metal flake that comes alive in the sunlight. The clear coat is polished like a mirror. It has a custom fabricated, functional cowl induction hood trimmed out with a satin black stripe. In back there's a custom made air deflector. Every piece of stainless was straightened and polished like chrome. Every piece of chrome is restored to show quality. The emblems, handles and mirrors are new. These taillight lenses are always cracked, this one is mint. The sequential turn signals work. Up front it has retractable headlights that work great. It has a great stance with some staggered size Foose wheels. 17s in front, 18s in back and also much wider. They have performance tires. The door jambs are slick with all new weather strips and seals. They used contact points instead of wires in the jambs for the power windows. New windshield.
INTERIOR: Very high quality interior, one of the best I've seen. Beautiful pearl white upholstery. The seats are rebuilt and recushioned, they feel like new. It has the center console that extends all the way to the back which makes four bucket seats. The console looks pristine. There are custom shift indicator lights. The gauges are completely restored. They are illuminescent and light up like a Christmas tree. The clock even has quartz movement. Carpet was replaced, it has premium embroidered floor mats. The headliner is suede. The door panels are mint. Like I said earlier, those window cranks are hooked up to micro switches. The windows are power! Inside the glove box is a custom panel which has the Vintage Air controls and a modern stereo. The custom steering wheel is on a tilt column. Every interior light works. Very cool interior. I love the unique features and am impressed with the quality.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Updated with a modern 5.7 Hemi engine. Fuel injected, aluminum heads and headers. Custom made air induction system. It has serpentine belt system, polished alternator and a/c compressor. It has big aluminum radiator with an electric and polished overflow. There are braided stainless hoses, power steering lines and trans dipstick. It has power brake system. The engine bay is painted to match the car.

Beautiful restomod Charger. I’ve got a 66 all original purchased in 1978 from the original owner. I’m an original purist but this one is really a beautiful car. Hope the buyer enjoys it as much as I enjoy mine.

WOW! These Chargers have a real presence in person, and I personally think they're cooler than the later ones that everyone seems to tend to go for. How many other cars had that dramatic of a fastback, on a large/intermediate platform? Just fantastic styling overall, highly distinct from the competition, and offering some great performance if you wanted it. Not surprised this one sold so quickly.

I thought let's see if it is sold before l start watching .....it is ! Have to say Jay , this car is top drawer in every way. Wants for nothing . The colour is fabulous , it's iridescent but l wouldn't want to do a spot repair! It's probably a 3 stage pearl ! The compliments continue with interior . Flawless in every way and the running gear follows the same pattern. As l'm still learning the American car culture the design difference between this and a '67 is quantum . This looks like the typical humdrum car of the '60's The ' 67 Charger looks like a killer from the word go! As you say Jay don't think can be beaten !

Actually the difference between the 66 and 67 is that the console in the back has a gap between the front and rear seats and there are blinker indicators on the front fenders. Dodge didn't change the body style until 68

I bought a gold 66 last year. Original paint and interior in great shape with a few goodies under the hood. Very fast and it's already doubled in value. I've had some nice muscle cars but Goldiebeast is my favorite.

We don't continue to list the price of a vehicle after it sells out of respect and privacy for the new owners. Once it is theirs, it really isn't anyone else's business what they bought it for. We used to leave the asking price of sold vehicles up on our website but the new owners would periodically ask for the price to be removed, that is what started this philosophy. We still even get requests today, granted rarely, that the new owners don't even want the sold listing up on our website at all. So hence why we also don't put it in the video or description.
