why is there a second set of gauges down below the instrument panel? that was always one of the great Mopar exclusives - they were typically equipped with gauges instead of just warning lights

That car is worth big bucks I have a 1966 Dodge Monaco 4-door hardtop baby blue/Chrysler blue they only made this body style in 66 but the 500 is more rare and the fact that this guys 500 is in such good shape😱

These are pretty rare I didn't see many of them back in the day. I think most people who wanted this type of car bought Chryslers instead. That 383 provides good power although it won't get too many mpg especially in city driving.

RWL tires were not a factory option on Monaco or Monaco 500 models

Have you sold the green '66 Dodge Monaco 500 yet? If you have, could you please tell me how much so I can have an idea of what others may be selling for. Thank you.

I think you are skimming over the chicken shit paint job and all of the shit that is in need of repair like the leaking gas tank, leaking a/c system, and no telling what else that you didn't get to see. It looks good from a good distance but then again I'd be looking real close at this car before I made an offer on it. Might cost you just as much to get it to where you can drive it dependably as you paid for it. Old cars always carry some hidden issues, every one of them.

you are correct, old cars that have been sitting, usually needs the transmission resealed, gaskets, brake work, fuel system cleaned, it goes on and on. This one did drive from Texas to Wisconsin, they said it was an adventure, they love the car for what it is "a survivor". Its not a fully restored perfect car. You can spend more than the value real easy. We call it good from far but far from good. For $4500 it represents a good value
