Had a Red 66 as my first car .. It would only go 60 mph but you could ride all day with the gas petal to the floor and not hurt it a bit .. was a very dependable car for me

Está hermoso el viaje con el vocho, pero faltó la música Rock de los 80. ❤

The 6 volt system had some trouble with the starting circuit .. I had the fix for that

Very cool. This one will go about 75+ mph, maybe you had a 1200 engine? This car has already had that repair done prior to my ownership. A relay sending power directly from the battery to the starter rather than going through the ignition switch. Reliable cars indeed.

@@iGamer97 Wow ..thanks for the reply .. Indeed you have the secret to the 6 volt starter system ... I used a Ford starter relay/solenoid for mine .. It was definitely a 1300 ..got it from my Dad ... after I crashed it .. ha? .. Perhaps the 1-2 surfboards on the roof most all of the time slowed it down a little .. Lastly I had to have a 6-12 volt "converter" for my 8 track cassette player .. late 60's early 70's ...
