The 'Orange Peel' is the dimpling of the reflection? Thats what the sanding prep does, is smooth it all down to near total flat?

I'm curious how long you waited after you finished spraying clear before you began the cut&polish? Did you wait for full cure (over a week)? Seems like some of the hand sanding is going pretty easy and quick to get orange peal out. As always thanks so much for your wisdom and great detailed vids.
