I have a big bore '69 and this is totally the best 912 video I've ever seen. Totally gets across what it's like to have one. Forget the reviews, the stats, the comparisons to 911's. Nothing beats getting in the Dak-Dak with the next generation and going for a ramble through winding roads.

In Montana about 10 years ago l was looking for an older Dodge Challenger or 90's Nissan 300zx ,l used to own both cars ,l came across a red 912 for either 6500 or 8500 l cant remember that ran.l wasn't familiar with the 912 at the time,a couple years later l started paying attention to them on internet, and it was just what l wanted but l was paying off a 71 Challenger 6cyl, and prices for 912 and 912e's seem to be going up by the week.Needless to say they went out of my reach fast and l kick myself for not getting that red one! Iong story short it's great to see u enjoying ur's with ur son!

Hi, great video, I'm thinking about getting one myself, would you say you could do long journeys in this? Or use this as almost a daily driver? Currently own a 1965 mustang and she's a little to savage for me now lol 😂

Hi, thanks. I've heard people who daily these. They will keep up with modern traffic but sometimes you're working the engine quite hard, especially on long journeys day 70 to 80 mph. One thing's for certain you'll have the best looking car in the rush hour jam 👍

If you ever have the chance to get a 912 then jump on it ....dont think about whether you should or not, just get it. I drove 800kms in a day and never stopped smiling.

Most non interesting car, throw the 6 in it and you have sex appeal and excitement. The Four is like , well a 912 ! No substance, no excitement what so ever !
