@nationhotrods

I had them done when I was still in Idaho at Boise Muffler. Any shop you go to just tell them to add the y-pipe and my advice would be to take the electric cutouts (if you’re doing that as well) with you so they make sure they angle the Y cutout far enough so when you put on the electric cutout it doesn’t knock on your floorboard.

That's funny you mentioned the California thing. I lived in Boise in the early 90s when the migration had just started and they didn't care much for the Calis then. I rode with a guy that every time he saw a Cali tag he would give them al kinds of grief....lol.The cops would pull over a Cali driver in a heartbeat.

@@nationhotrods Yeah it was really nice back then. You could get a 2000sq.ft. ranch home for 80-84,000. Then the Cali money came in and everything jumped to 175-200. All within 1 year.
@nationhotrods

@@danc8890 then you should look on Zillow now. Even since we moved here in Jan 2016 our first home we bought out here has went from the low 200s to now low 500s in just 5 years. It’s unbelievable. A lot of people got rich from this boom but then a lot of people are now priced out and it doesn’t seem to be slowing down any at all.

I’m thinking about getting the 427 stroker from them. I also have a posi 10 bolt 3:73. How’s the power in that 396? Does it tote the car effortlessly? Any weaknesses? I’m either doing the 427 stroker from them or finding me a 6.2 LS and putting a nice cam in it. Btw I’m from Georgia too. Atl!
