Nice truck! That should be a 327 with large journal crank. If it's a 350 that's a transplant as that the 350 was introduced in the C10 in 1969. Lucky for me I had picked up my '68 C10 Custom back in 2003 for only $500.00, and it's still drivable. I have the same transmission whine.
