Very cool. I think I know the girl you got this from and a lot of great work was done to this. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. I am keeping mine as more pure transportation. After a trip to Big Sur without the van I think discs might be in my future but it is more complicated with the a108 axles.

Thanks ! I’ve run into the same problem with wanting to convert over the front brakes to disc. Can only find the conversion kit for the back.
