I'm going to be using a replacement 1968 Power Steering pump. I've read in some places that it might not have enough capacity, but will have to see. If you have an upgraded/modern PS pump, then you can probably use the O-ring style ends and not have to cut and flare it like I did.

The inner tie rod ends should have the grease fittings in the end not on the side. That’s why they are hitting. I think there may be some aftermarket ones that have the fittings in the wrong spot. Also, you really need to have some sealer between the heater box and the firewall.

Yeah, I'm definitely not happy with the tie rods. The ones that were on the car had the grease fitting on the ends like you mentioned. I didn't realize how bad a seal that was until I was doing the editing. Will have to go back and put something on that heater box just to keep engine noise/gasses out if nothing else. It was a long weekend and that was the last thing on my list and I kinda just winged it. :) Thanks for watching.
