Looking good. I usually put some anti seize on the head studs to make getting it off easier the next time...
@RustyBeauties7 жыл бұрын
Good idea. I didn't think of that. But I know a TR250 engine that can use some antiseize soon

I always got told not to put anything on the head gasket, that it should be completely free of anything. Does it matter if you put anything on it?

Hi!! What is it that you're brushing on to your timing cover gasket? I need to replace my timing chain so I thought i'd find your video of installing yours and follow you as closely as I can. Cheers

Elin, I was jumping up and down when you forgot th oil slinger on the crankshaft. I forgot the one on my Spitfire engine. I remembered it on my Herald engine tho. I think.....
@RustyBeauties7 жыл бұрын
Haha, when I was editing the video I was going to live everybody shouting "Elin.... you are forgetting something" for couple of minutes, but I thought somebody might get heart issues, so I decided to calm down everybody in advance LOL

Wow, that one manual is for all those models? Is it just for the engines?
@RustyBeauties7 жыл бұрын
It is mainly for maintenance - lubrication, check lists before every drive :) But it has some useful information. It came with my 66 Spit
